Because of our fabulous location, you can park your car in our secured gated garage and walk to all the great restaurants and shops which make Beach House Inn & Suites the perfect spot for a vacation rental getaway!
Peak Summer Rates and Dates
May 15 to September 15 and all holidays and special events. Two night minimum stay applies on weekends, holidays and special events. There will be a 3 night minimum with special pricing for special events. Rates quoted do not include taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Winter Rates and Dates
September 16 to May 14. Two night minimum stay applies on weekends, holidays and special events. Rates quoted do not include taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposit/Cancellation
A major credit card along with a 30% deposit is required to secure the room reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
Check In/Check Out Times
Check in time is after 3 pm. Check out time is by 11 am.
Parking
One parking place in our gated parking lot is included with each rental. Maximum height restriction is 6' 10".
Extended Stay

Special Events
A three night minimum is required on some special event dates, such as the car show, the Portuguese Festival, and the 4th of July, and special rates will apply on these events.
Smoking
The Beach House Inn is a 100% smoke free property. As such, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Smoking, vaping or marijuana use will result in a $500 cleaning/damage fee.
BBQ's
No portable BBQ's are allowed on the decks. A $500 damage fee will be applied for any unauthorized use.
Pets
No pets are allowed. A $500 damage fee will be applied for any unauthorized pets.
